Terms of Use

Last updated: July 6, 2026

By downloading or using DualShot ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

DualShot Pro subscription

The App is free to download and use. Optional DualShot Pro subscriptions (monthly or yearly) unlock premium features such as 4K/60fps recording, unlimited dual-camera clips, watermark-free exports and all layouts and presets. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Where required, Apple's standard EULA applies: Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Your content

You own the videos and photos you create with the App. You are responsible for your recordings and for complying with applicable laws, including obtaining consent from people you record where required.

Acceptable use

You may not use the App to record people unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, or reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recording capabilities (such as simultaneous multi-camera capture, 4K and 60fps) depend on your device hardware. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of footage or data.

Changes

We may update the App and these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
