DualShot ("the App") is a professional dual-camera video recorder. It is designed to be private by default: everything happens on your device.
Videos and photos you capture are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or keep copies of your recordings on any server, and no account is required to use the App. Recordings only leave your device when you explicitly export or share them.
All features — dual-camera recording, reframing, subject detection, compositing, watermarking and exports — run entirely on your device using Apple's frameworks. Face detection used for smart reframing is performed locally and no biometric data is stored or transmitted.
The App requests camera and microphone access to record video with audio, and photo library "add" access to save your exports. These are used solely for those purposes.
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell or share personal information. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We never see your payment details.
Apple may provide us with anonymous crash and performance diagnostics if you have enabled sharing in your device settings. This data cannot be used to identify you.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
